IS PRE-ASSEMBLY AVAILABLE?

Yes, but for individual parts only. Some assembly is still required. Please call 800-884-4882 for a quote.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ASSEMBLE THE EXTREME GREEN?

For a pre-assembled unit, about an hour. For the standard kit, anywhere from 2 to 3 hours, depending on the size of your Extreme Green. Please see the following video for instructions on how to assemble and disassemble. Once you’ve assembled your unit, it shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes to tear down and re-assemble.

IS THERE A RETURN POLICY?

All units come with a 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship (if pre-assembled). Upon delivery, please inspect the crate and product thoroughly to ensure that there’s no obvious physical damage to your Extreme Green. Take photos and note any damage on the paperwork. Extreme Green is not responsible for any subsequent damage you cause to the unit. 

HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT MY EXTREME GREEN UNIT TO LAST?

For normal wear and appropriate usage, decades. For rough usage (i.e., rental units or units that are shipped out frequently), probably less than a decade. The carpet is weather-resistant and should last you a decade. If not being used in the winter, we recommend you rolling up the carpet and bringing it inside. A new carpet can be purchased separately.

CAN I HAVE ADDITIONAL HOLES CUT INTO THE PUTTING SURFACE?

Each unit comes with a hole cut on each end. Each hole is cut into the carpet, fiberglass reinforced plastic underlayment, and aluminum base. Additional holes are available upon request. On all orders, we recommend that you call Extreme Green (800-884-4882) with any specific hole placement requests.
